Family / Quiet Camping?

🌙 Family / Quiet Camping

Looking for a more peaceful place to pitch up? We’ve got just the spot!

Our Family / Quiet Camping area is perfect for those who prefer a chilled-out vibe. If that sounds like you, just let one of our friendly parking stewards know when you arrive and they’ll direct you there.

To keep the calm for everyone, we kindly ask that from 22:00 onwards:
🔇 Keep noise to a minimum
💡 Turn off any bright lights

Thanks for helping us create a relaxed and respectful space for our quieter campers.

When Camping, can I erect Gazeebos / Awnings?

🏕️ Bringing a Gazebo or Awning?

Yes, you’re welcome to set up gazebos or awnings in the camping areas — but safety comes first!

Please make sure you:
✅ Use heavy-duty ratchet straps
✅ Secure with large steel pegs or pins (at least 30cm long)
⚠️ Make sure everything is clearly visible and not a trip hazard

Any unsecured gazebos will need to be taken down — let’s keep the campsite safe for everyone!

Are dogs welcome?

🐶 Bringing Your Dog?

Yes! We love well-behaved dogs — they’re welcome on site and even in the main arena.

Just a few things to keep in mind to keep tails wagging:

Keep dogs on a lead no longer than 2 meters at all times
💩 Pick up after your dog — no fouling the site, please
🤫 Make sure your dog isn’t disturbing others
❌ Dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are not permitted
🚗 Never leave your pet in a hot vehicle — always make sure they have plenty of ventilation

🐾 Top Tip: Check your dog (and yourself!) for ticks while you’re here — it’s a good idea to pack a tick remover tooljust in case.

Thanks for helping us keep the festival safe and enjoyable for everyone — humans and hounds alike! 🐕

Where is the festival?

📍 Where’s the Festival?

We’ll be partying at the beautiful Eastnor Deer Park, right opposite Eastnor Castle, near Ledbury in Herefordshire.

🗺️ Address: Eastnor Deer Park, HR8 1EN
🔗 Exact entrance location: what3words: wager.honey.organic
📌 The venue will be well signposted, so keep an eye out as you approach!

🚗 IMPORTANT TRAVEL TIP
If you’re coming via M50 Junction 2, please don’t follow your sat nav if it tries to send you down a narrow country lane. It’s super tight, twisty, and not fun (for you or the locals!).

👉 Instead, drive into Ledbury and turn right at the traffic lights in the town centre and follow the signs — much smoother for everyone!

Can I speak to someone in person?

🗣️ Want to Speak to Someone Directly?

Yes, of course you can! We’re here to help.
