You can enter the festival at the following times:

Thursday 13:00 to 21:00.

Friday 08:00 to 21:00.

Saturday 08:00 to 21:00.

Sunday 08:00 to 18:00.

Please note if you arrive after the front gates are closed you will not be allowed onto the site as we are not allowed vehicle movement after dark due to H&S regulations.

Vehicle movement on the site is prohibited between 21:00 and 08:00. This is for your safety. If you do need to leave in an emergency, please contact a member of our 24hr security team and they will assist you in your departure.

You must leave by 19:00 on Sunday the 25th of August.

Yes! We will have plenty of catering units onsite offering an assortment of hot and cold food and drinks for all tastes and dietary requirements.

There is a well stocked and licensed bar which will be cashless (card payments only)

Please note you are not allowed to take your own alcoholic drinks into the main arena.

Yes! Though you must arrive the same time as them so that they can camp next to you. If your friends are arriving the same day as you, you can park in the Woodyard car park on the corner opposite the castle entrance (there’s a cafe there).

There are free charging ports for Ebikes in the main arena.

Please note no petrol generators maybe used due to these being a serious fire risk and against H&S regulations.

Yes! There is Family / Quiet camping available onsite. Please state this is where you would like to camp when being directed by our parking stewards.

Yes, though we will insist you use heavy duty ratchet straps and large steel pegs/pins at least 30cm long. Please make sure these are not a trip hazzard. Unsecured (as directed above) gazebos will be taken down.

Yes if you are aged 6 years of age or over. You must purchase a festival ticket to gain access to the site.

Yes, we love well behaved dogs and you can bring them into the main arena.

Dogs are welcome (no tigers or lions please) on site and you are responsible for the behaviour of your animals. Please ensure that your dogs are kept on a lead no longer than 2 meters in length.

You must ensure that your dogs do not foul the site and you are responsible for cleaning up after them.

If it is deemed your dog is creating a nuisance or causing disturbance to others, you will be asked to remove them from the site. Please note we do not allow any breed of dog listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act of 1991.

Please do not leave pets in your vehicle if there is a chance of them overheating and ensure there is ample ventilation.

Check dogs and yourselves for Ticks, we always advise you to pack a Tick Removing Tool.

For those coming from the M50 J2 please do not follow your sat nav and turn right down a narrow country lane. It is super narrow and twisty and will upset the locals. Please carry on and drive into Ledbury and turn right at the traffic lights in the centre of town.
