Planning your visit to the Malverns Classic
A festival for everyone
We want the Malverns Classic to be an enjoyable and accessible experience for everyone. We have a number of facilities and arrangements in place to support visitors with accessibility requirements.
Accessible toilets and showers
Accessible toilet facilities are available throughout the festival site.
Main arena and festival site
The main arena is generally accessible. The Malverns Classic is an outdoor festival held within Eastnor Deer Park, so the terrain is naturally uneven in places and conditions underfoot can vary with the weather.
Please consider the outdoor environment and ground conditions when planning your visit. Some areas of the wider site may be more challenging to get around, particularly during or after wet weather.
Carers’ tickets
Carers’ tickets are available for visitors who need a carer to accompany them. They are issued on arrival at the Ticket Office on presentation of valid supporting documentation.
We accept:
- PIP (Personal Independence Payment) award letters
- DLA (Disability Living Allowance) award letters
Please bring the relevant documentation with you when you arrive.
Accessibility enquiries
If you have any questions about accessibility, or would like to talk through your requirements before your visit, please get in touch with Molly Fleming, Operations Director.
We are always happy to help and give you any extra information you need to plan your visit.
Important
We cannot accept Blue Badges or Access Cards of any type as valid documentation for a carers’ ticket. If you need a carers’ ticket, please bring an accepted PIP or DLA letter with you to avoid any difficulties on arrival.
